2nd Century for 2025. 6 hrs 52 min moving time, 49/16 gearing. New Andel Crankset road test, passed!
A recurring I.T. band issue flared up again during the last half of the ride, as well as some cramping. Luckily I had some Advil and powdered mix for my camelback, but I regretfully had to cut out a significant climb I had planned from this ride today.

Hell yeah, nice work
Shame about the IT band – definitely don’t neglect that, unless you want long-term problems. Bike fit adjustments (DIY) and ‘knees over toes’ program helped me a lot.

Fantastic colour . That bike is the bollocks , love it ❤️ Are you running fixed or freewheel? I converted an old Holdsworth to single speed at around 82 gear inches ( about where you are I think ) as a freewheeler , but nowadays I’m running 66 to 70 gear inches as commute to work is hilly . I really can’t get over that beautiful paint 😁
