Felt AR5 for $950?

Like the title says, I’m seeing this felt bike for $950 which seems decent. I’ll likely offer a bit less and see where we land, I don’t anticipate anything less than $800 but still. There is a small knick in the frame as shown.
Apparently it’s a 2015 model. I’m pretty much a beginner with only a dozen or so rides under my belt. I’d like to use this bike for some short triathlons and eventually work my way up to iron man.
is this an ok deal?
