So, I tried my best with this, but the spokes I bought turned out too long.
Erd is 561. Velocity Cliffhanger 650B. Specs match my measurements (circumference/pi)-depth of nipple hole time 2.
rear hub is as shown measurements. I plugged it into spokecalc and freespoke and got 273.5ish. I bought 274 and they are way too long. maybe 5mm too long idk.
Any ideas? I must have done something dumb with the calculations

it’s normal on a traditional geared rear wheel to have 2 different spoke lengths. I’d round down on the drive side since those spokes will be under full tension. Err on the longer side for non-drive since those spokes will barely have any tension
