this is 3rd time im mounting this model of tires, each time i had the same exact problem, tire just doesnt want to sit on the rim and they end up sitting lower and they cause the whole bike to wobble, its infuriating i tried everything, 8 bars of pressure, WD-40, kicking it, pulling it, it just wont budge…
does anyone else have this problem or any advice on how to fix this issue?

Tyre mounting paste
Make sure the width of your rim and the width of your tire are compatible. Sheldon Brown has a table that tells the ranges of tires that can go on different width rims.

Check the rim tape. Sometimes used rim tapes “walk” and create high and low spots. The tire can’t seat on those. And the Schwalbe mounting liquid is nice.
Plus it works leaving the tires at around 6 bar overnight , Sometimes they plop when you don’t look at them.
Last solution is a hair dryer. Heat makes the tire expand. But careful
I mounted up a 700c-35 yesterday on an old Mavic 15mm internal width rim and it looks and rides fine.
