28/25mm rake forks have always been comfortable for me, I remember 22mm being a bit twitchy for sure, but is this just ridiculous?
it looked sick to me and i’ve been hunting a fork for an aluminum frame I‘m gonna have made so I pulled the trigger. Am I cooked?

That’s a cool fork, I love low-rake forks.
Honestly, the only way to find out is through trial-and-error. I’m hoping it fits too
Fork rake in isolation is irrelevant. Headtube angle, stem length, TT length, etc, are all factors that work together.
Like what others said, it depends on other factors but I just want to say this, that’s a threaded fork so you probably won’t be able to use it on a threadless frameset.
Probably an unneeded statement but still something worth mentioning I think.
