Hello, my derailleur failed today when a pivot pin worked it's way out. I personally have never encountered this before and wanted some opinions, leads on a replacement pin, or enough people to tell me to toss out my old faithful deore LX.
The steel punch i had held it together while I peddled home. Thanks

You’re not gonna find a replacement pin that’s supposed to go there, you could potentially use a pin similar to what retains the brake pads in a shimano hydraulic disk brake set, but honestly I would just recommend replacing the whole
derailleur, those pins are not really replaceable and you’ll never have perfect shifting again
That speed derailleur will be cheap to replace. Just pick up a new one.
How about a nice long M4 or possibly M3 bolt with washers and one or a couple of nyloc nuts?
