Torx wrench hammered into the opening. Then unscrew it. You’ll need a new axle. Don’t toss it though. Take it to a bike shop so they can get the length, thickness, and thread pitch correct.

It looks like you removed the qr part of a thru axle – can you put it back?
The we lever should unscrew the axle by locating in the cutout slot on the thru axle itself

Looks like a cheap copy of a SRAM maxle a combination of a thruaxle and QR. If it works the same your options are rebuild it then remove it properly or go down the destructive removal process but if you do this if you are not careful you will be buying a new front end because you can very easily wreck everything.
