Looks like a broken axle. Replacing it is not a straightforward job. Take this wheel to a shop for repair or buy a new wheel altogether.

It’s toast. A whole new wheel will be cheaper than trying to replace the hub alone.
That looks like a super cheap hub with pressed on flanges but I’ve never seen one of those with a disc brake before. Either way the drive side flange has come loose somehow.
