Was going over the old bike today to look at what I'll need to order to refresh it for the new year, and found a crack in the paint.
Sanded it back to reveal what like like a fine crack.
Does this look like how a frame would crack? I've never had one crack before.

Sorry, for reference, that’s the right hand side, rear pannier mount points on the form tube to the rear wheel.
