I’m 5’7 and prefer a 52cm frame, you’ll need a shorter stem at least
a 54 frame with 172.5 cranks

Price is probably a bit high but not crazy. 54 is probably too big for you though
I’m 5’8″ and the absolute biggest “race bike” I can ride is a 53cm.
And this looks more like a 56 or even 58 to my eyes.
As far as price, there are no* rim brake, cable shift race bikes on stock wheels worth over $1k.
*excluding certain vintage bikes, collectible limited edition/rare bikes or bikes with a race pedigree from a pro racer.
