Would this crank and bottom bracket set be any good for an entry level build? I'm planning on buying a Subrosa OM2 frame to fit them in and have been riding a hi ten complete for a few months now. Thanks!
It won’t be great. If you’re going to spend the money on a custom, spend it. I’m not saying you need profiles, but at least go to like…Odyssey Thunderbolts or something.

Never heard of them but they don’t look good. Advice: Save up $50 more and get some entry level salt or fit 48 spline cranks off source BMX or dans.

Subrosa OM V2 is a sweet frame and definitely not entry level. My suggestion is to buy a solid reputable crank like Odyssey or Shadow’s finest. It’s more expensive up front, but a 1 time purchase.

If you have money to buy something more expensive do it. Those will end up breaking and you’ll have to buy a new set.

Run them. It’s your money. Notice how well marketing works that everyone here is telling you to spend more money?
Worth noting I have thunderbolts too, not everyone can afford odyssey parts though
They will work and should be a good start to your build.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. Any ideas for more budget friendly options that are slightly better than the set I suggested? Are Salt rookie or Sunday Saker any better?

Tbh, they’ll do the job, it’s as low a quality 3pc crankset as you could get really, but again if you’re ok a budget and this is all you can afford then so be it. Certainly no worse than a salt a Sunday crankset, you’d have to spend into the £130+ range to get into a branded better 3pc really
