The crankset looks quite large as well, weird choice for single ring tbh.
I would say no it’s not ok, but there are ways to actually measure chain length properly for specific bike and it’s rather simple to do it… much easier then asking reddit to evaluate that based on photo.
Yeah ide say your like 2 links too short. Also looks (Based on this wideshot) yourbl b limit is too low and will grind your last gear and cause clunky shifting or issue.
I also go small/small then find the link that will cause the rd to have tension or not rub itself and, Bam done. 11 years of professionally putting chains on, yet to be a problem
Don’t really get it, why not just look up the manual at si.shimano.com and be correct instead of randos here adding something.
