This is just speculation, but a ton of times when I see a saddle tilted forward like this, it’s to accommodate for an uncomfortable saddle to bar drop. I would advise against getting a frame with “pursuit” geo if this is the case.
Well one is aluminum w/ carbon fork and one is full 4130. Does that drastic difference matter to you?

Leader I think cheap and budget. Bianchi I think classy and good taste.
