it wonβt let me turn the reset collar
exact same lock, and it is not working for me. these locks are junk. Mine was working fine and then just refused to open. A friend of mines, with the exact same lock, partially opened even though one number was put in wrong on the combo, i did it, and then it wouldnt open or fully lock once the correct combo was put it. Fyi, cable cutters in literally 3 seconds cut the cable.

Mine is also junk. For whatever reason, it wouldn't open after a month of use on the factory default combo. I was also 24km from my house and NEEDED to lock my bike or it would have disappeared. Ffs. Locks are trash. Do not buy.
