Are there any specifications about how much space there should be between the full mount derailleur and the cassette. With a wheel in I probably have a half mm gap. But on the trainer it's almost visibly non existent. I can't even fit a paper through but floss goes through. Nothing seems unusual when using the trainer or pedaling backwards and I don't see any scratches when removing but the space between is a little unnerving.

Is that a T-Type specific frame? Or a t-type cassette? I don’t see the red strip for setting the gears in the cassette?
