I purchased a SL6 from trek in November. While riding, the wheels failed causing release of a tire sealant from the wheels. Soon after I lost control and bike fell. There was no prior crash or impact before this happened. I’m trying to understand what my best next steps should be. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How do Trek stores handle wheel failures like this?

Go to your local trek shop and talk to them. They’ll help you, most likely trek will at least help you with repairs or warranty.
