If im going buy your pictures your chain is too long and there’s no tension in it causing the derailleur to be too far back. Need better images really.
Might just be the angle of the photo, but the chain looks loose. Could be a little on the long side.
Hard to tell by the pics. Will add your chain is too long. Also your shift cable coming out of the frame seems a little bent.
