I use a hamax smiley to get my son to and from school. Now it’s darker at night I want to make sure i am visible.
Any suggestions on the best type of rear light?
Ideally it will be something budget friendly but if the best thing comes with a price tag I’ll pay it.

I’m not sure how you would attach it but I really like my Nite Rider Sabre 110. It’s insanely bright and has micro-USB charging. If I had a little one in the back, I’d probably also go with a helmet mounted taillight in addition to the seat/bike taillight.
I would also put some high visibility reflective stickers on the back of the seat. You can get a pack for between $5-10 from most hardware stores and probably most outdoor gear stores. Harbor Freight has a 12 pack of 2” x 12” strips for $6.
