came off a HED belgium wheelset with 10s freehub. want to upgrade this to 11s. also the end caps have to be REALLY loose – (like maybe 0.5-1 full turn from anything close to finger tight – in order for the freehub to not experience significance drag/chain slap or bind up completely when the QR is tightened. don't know what's going on there. one of the paws is sticking due to surface roughness of the freehub interface. The bearings are shot and can be replaced, but I'd rather just get the 11s version, if I can find it.. any ideas?
axle diameter is 17 mm

Looks like an entry level DT Swiss one.. but now anyone can make them who knows, Buy new wheels.
