Only happens when pedals are under load and stops when free wheeling or turning pedals by hand on a stand. Sounds like its coming from bottom bracket but appreciate these sounds can be referred.

same here. im pretty sure its the bb
I have the same issue, been ongoing for months. Bike shop “cleaned and greased” the bb (which should have been changed in the first place).
That of course didn’t help after 4km. Swapped 3 chains. Didn’t help either.
Oh btw shop told me that the gears weren’t shifting as intended due to “the shimano chain” and put a no-name chain it – which somehow fixed the shitfing issues (but not the weird noise the chain is making when activating shadow).
Yeah, right. Gonna bring the bike to a real pro shop soon and get everything sorted out !
