As you can see, it’s pretty worn out on the crank side, causing it to be off center and create a huge tight spot in my chain. How would you fix this or work around it?
Personally I put a large (regular size wouldn’t work as it would not cover up all the damage) spacer inbetween the sprocket and crank.
The sprocket itself is not bent and the teeth aren’t worn out that bad.
Suggestions? The problem is obviously that this colourway isn’t available anywhere anymore. I’ve searched every site in Europe and found nothing.

Mate it’s fucked
You pressed the spacer into the wrong side of the sprocket, unseen bending damage probably done due to boss bolt opposing the incorrect spacer
You could be really shady and try flipping it over. It really wants an oversized bush/adaptor machined up and pressed in so it isn’t crap though.
It’s not looking good, the centre hole looks quite off centre as well as being out of shape.
You could get it drilled or machined, or do it yourself, but the difficulty would be in making sure it’s centred.
The new hole would need to be big enough to cover the damage which would mean a bigger, likely custom, spacer.
The likelihood is that it will cost more to fix it than to replace it.
Let me add I know this isn’t an expensive sprocket but I have a couple of parts in the same colourway and would like to run those parts a little longer. Of course replacing with a black sprocket is an option but as I said, want to use this one for as long as possible.
If there is wiggle in the crank spindle and it bothers you than yes replace. If you can rotate it to the opposite hole and there’s no wiggle then you can save a few bucks for a while. Focus on dialing in your chain line. Search YouTube “BMX Chainline”
Time for a new one
Couldn’t you just bolt it through through the hole on the left side?
I can’t really tell… does it shred into little pieces when you try spread cold butter on it?
File down the burrs and run some 24mm cranks. All those problems went away when I did that. Top hat washers can suck sometimes
Is it the spacer ring that damaged or is that damage in the actual aluminum sprocket? I just can’t tell? If it’s the ring you can tap it out and the sprocket should still be good. With new ring of course.
I’d say just get another. And make you re assemble correctly. The mark in that sprocket is from the crank arm itself you can see the groove from the pinch area.
