I'm Building a bike from the frame up for the first time, I just installed the cranks and bottom bracket following (sram dub bsa 73) following sram's tutorial video on YouTube and the cranks are not spinning really at all. Do any of you know where I messed up?
Thanks!
(The clanking noise in the video is my saddle bolts rattling not the cranks or anything like that)

Loosen it up a little, maybe take it apart and put some more greese. But it shouldn’t be that tight. Maybe there are one too many spacers on the bb and now you need to tightent the cranks too much. It should be around 5Nm (very little)on the cranks’cap and 6-8nm on each bolt of the crank itself (2 bolts there). Sooo take a better look around. If you have any hard time don’t hesitate to send me a msg and I will help
Preload ring on the non-drive side might be too tight (advanced too far). Or you installed too many spacers.
Back off the preload adjustment ring a bit and see if that helps.
Had the same problem, likely you choose the wrong combo of spacers
95% chance something wrong with preload adjustment or spacers. Second most likely is something inside the shell rubbing like a screw tip or cable. Slight possibility it’s bearings out of alignment, from install or frame problem.
