Definitely replace. You can limp around in the other gears, I’ve done that before while waiting for a replacement, but I wouldn’t ride that gear for more time than it takes to jump over it because you risk you chain skipping a LOT and potential damage to the chain.

But sometimes it is wise to make sure that is not a built in shifting window by looking at the other side of the same cog 180 degrees over on the other side. If it is there also it is built in to give the chain a certain angle that they call a “Window opening for shifting”

I’d replace, but also investigate the warranty. Most reputable manufacturers guarantee against this kind of break in the first year.

Is that cassette even metal?

I’d ride it and you’ll likely be just fine other than maybe some gooched shifts on occasion. Unlikely there will be a catastrophe due to 2 missing teeth on a larger gear.
It looks like an e-thirteen to me. I had 1 tooth break off and they replaced the larger carrier side with no real questions other than a few pics and a receipt. Once I need to replace any others, I’m going back to them… plus they have fancy colors.

I don’t think those teeth are broken — pretty sure that’s an intentional design to aid shifting. Helps the chain move up the cogs. Check your other biggest cogs.

Replace it. This can happen. I’ve killed some cassettes like that before.
