A proper fit and handlebar tape! It looks slammed up front, if it’s actually comfortable cut the fork so you don’t have the stack of spacers! Enjoy it regardless!!

Drive side pic would be better to see the cranks and chainring
u definitely need a solid steel u-lock, the lock u are using is easy to break

Bar tape, and then just ride it for a while. No can give you recommendations if *you* don’t know what your priorities are. Just go ride it for a few weeks/couple of months and anything that’s not working for you will stand out.
