At $250, if everything is in good working order, sure that’s not a bad deal. Hard to get a quality bike for $250. I think that’s kind of cheap actually.

You could always try to negotiate down by offering $200. Still these were decent bikes at the time.

If the drivetrain and brakes are in good condition and working order, looks fine for the price. Would want to slam the stem and level off the saddle though.
