  2. Has anyone reached out to them about when they might restock these? I don’t have insta anymore and they don’t have a contact thing in their website iirc

  3. Paul, Nitto, Crust, Velocity rims, a whole build of sweet parts, and a $20 altus rear detailleur with a plastic body……..

  4. Not doing it for me.. I mean, it’s a gorgeous build but the cargo fork in black just distracts from the shine of everything else. Love the cargo fork, I’d just want it on a different build. As long as you are happy with it though!

How are you liking the Supper Yummy? I’ve been thinking about trying those out.

  5. this bike is beautiful. i love it, but i just cannot get into the boutique bullshit anymore of $400 brakes and $150 fenders and so on.

i wanna see your garbage Giant Iguana with two different levers doing overnighters. this boutique stuff is like the opposite of xbiking (in my mind). i know that this sub is what you make it, but the point was to show an alternative to the likes of r/velo and r/cycling. sooner or later these prices are gonna be rattled up there with high end and high spec bikes, but with the same technology of some steel mtb from the 90s.

Riv makes great bikes dont get me wrong, but imagine paying $4000 for a bike with no better tech than something from a garage sale, and it comes with an art project of wool and rubber bands for grips.

this is some coffeeshop biking and im an elitist for having this opinion. still a beautiful bike.
