Some 30-35 year old Steel Frame Merida, around 12kg only in this setup after upgrading with some cheap parts.
Paid 40euros for it a few years ago, spent another 25 to Get Better Rolling Tyres ,TPU Tubes and Riser bar.
I got it primarily as a BSO just to go to shop as I don't want to leave my nice bike out – now it's pretty much my most used bike and does everything for me.
Most people probably think I'm Homeless riding this thing, but after a few basic upgrades it's the most comfortable bike I have and it's Extremely fast/smooth Rolling. Have 0 Problems keeping up with anyone else if needed.
