This Public R18 bike has been surprisingly reliable. I'm floating at just under 300lbs and it's been able to handle my abuse. Got it four months ago in San Francisco for $250 and I absolutely ripped it through the Golden Gate Park dirt trails and cracked asphalt roads on 32C tires. Broke the chain but replaced it and rode across the Golden Gate to Sausalito. Brought it back home to SoCal and I've been commuting on it daily. Schwalbe Marathons are my new favorite tire. Have had zero flats and the grip is there. The rack is rated for 25lbs but it held 30lbs just fine. This thing fucks. Happy FEF.
