    Is your wheel dish centered?

Otherwise that clearance should be fine if it’s dry but definitely not enough if some mud starts sticking.

  2. Looks fine for most riding conditions. Might have issues with deep clay mud, but most bikes do.

  3. Kinda looks like it’s 50mm on 650b, but I assume those are 700c. I’d consider going as low as 4mm, but try to keep it at 6mm. Can you pass a 4mm hex wrench through the gap?

If you can pass a 5mm-6mm hex key through the gap you should be G2G. Obviously mud will stick and build up but that would happen in the right conditions no matter how much clearance you have. It does look a little close to the NDS stay. I’d just watch there closely but I don’t think it’s close enough to rub when the rear tri starts flexing under load.

Looks good to me, like others have said it might be an issue in the proper clag but otherwise all good. (as an aside I have the same frame and ruddy love it)

  6. If the frame is stated to clear 50mm, and yours only leave 3mm clearance on either side on a 32mm rim, I’d wager they’ve actually inflated to 53-54mm. Depending on riding conditions, it might be worth looking at a 48mm tire.

I think that looks fine for a steel frame! Throw some heli tape on the insides of those stays and send it. Personally, the conditions in which this clearance would be an issue are not conditions I’m typically going to want to ride in. Might get caught out unexpected on rare occasion, but I’d have no issue running that!
