Either ur derailluer isnt set up right, cable tension is wrong, something like a hanger is bent

Cable tension is too high, derail hanger is bent, or high limit is screwed in too much.
I’d unanchor the cable, check the limit, and then just to rule it out check the hanger to see if it’s bent. Then if limit and hanger are good reanchor the cable and adjust accordingly.
