So I recently just took off both cranks, casseste, rear derailleur for a good old clean, however when I managed to put everything back I get this grinding noise when I turn the cranks with a fair amount of power. I also installed a new chain in the video, however while the old one was being cleaned i also tried another chain thats the exact same as the old one witch resulted in same issue.
Before people ask the chain is the right type and I dont belive the sound comes from contact between chain and front derailleur, however I could be wrong.
Any more details required just let me know.

Replace the front and rear sprockets and rear derailleur pulleys.
Is the bottom bracket bearing loose, allowing the chainrings to wobble a tiny bit as you turn them? (That can cause the chain to touch the derailleur cage.)
Does the crank turn smoothly without a chain on it? What changes if you fiddle with the shift levers a bit? How does it sound if you shift it down to the middle chain ring or smallest one?
