I recently had a new wheelset which is the sagmit ultralite 3.0. But I have a problem, recently I wanted to repack the freehub but I don't know how to dissamble it. Whenever I unscrew the cap using an allen it just undo the non-drive side, and from that point on I don't know what to do. Do I need any special tools or am I just missing something?

In photo 3 you can see a fitting that needs a special tool.
A 5 second search in YouTube showed me a video with full instructions for that hub it would have been faster to start there than create this post.
