The weight of the bike is not enough to cause any issues. Just don’t work on the bike while it’s hanging like this, and you’ll be fine.

Personally I wouldn’t even bother with the dirty rags if the hooks are rubberized

Carbon is not delicate, no matter what the retired-pro-who-only-rides-steel tells you.
Also, keep the microfiber wrap around the hooks. The rubber cover on hooks eventually decay and will leave residue on the frame.
I have wood hooks with felt furniture pads affixed to it. I kinda feel that a fancy bike needs a fancy display/storage.

So, when I have been concerned about the pressure loading from hooks, I’ve just sacrificed a pool noodle to the cause. Spreads the load out 3 or 4 times the contact patch.
