Hi there, I’m hoping to get some guidance on upgrading my bike. Currently have an aluminium rim brake which I bought 3 years ago when I started cycling, I think it’s time to invest in a more competitive bike (Triathlon/Duathlons) aswell as something more enjoyable to ride.
The only other bike I’ve cycled is a trek Ermonda ALR (rental) and found it a huge upgrade, however I’ve not came across one on the 2nd hand local market.
I have seen this Liv bike for a good price. Would this be a good purchase or would people recommend holding out for a newer bike with disk brakes? My budget is under €2000 open to suggestions. Thanks.
