My KAV helmet arrived, finally 😅. From those who own one or have seen one in person, wanted to get your feedback on whether or not this finish is what I should expect. I have emailed in to support a week ago as well but haven’t heard back (surprise to nobody I’m guessing). My main concern is the hole in the outer shell. If this passed QC, what slipped by on the inner shell is my main concern.

I almost feel compelled to ask the dumbest question: are you sure you didn’t 3d print that yourself? That looks like it came off a home FDM printer
