Also a negative rise stem with a mahoosive head tube and stack of spacers is an interesting choice, especially on a custom frame! If you only need that much seat post I would have a thought a sloping top tube would have worked better to, probably a bit stronger, less in the way and would have allowed more seat post for a bit more comfort.
