Ritchey Swiss Cross “monster” tire test

I have run 43m Gravel King SK’s in the past for spring, summer, dry season fun on my Swiss Cross. Pana”R” now makes either 40 or 45m versions. i grabbed a set of 45’s on clearanc, plus they are Cranberry!!!!

They are a tight fit, test ride mixed it up with some dirt, grass, pine needle, wood chips and lots “O” road. No known contact with chainstays, post ride wipe down, and swap back to other wheels, showed no contact points.
These 45’s plump to 46.x and frames spec’s to 40, thus the test experimen. Mounted on 21m internal rims.
I can also run them on my Ritchey Outback if and when I find the clearance to minimal.
