I’ve watched the park tool video over and over.
I’ve consulted the manual from cannondale on how to set up the FSA SI headset expander and cap.
I’ve tried over and over but I always end up with either a loose headset bearing and no noise or this creaking once it’s tight.
Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You sure it’s your headset and not a cable?
That’s not the headset that’s the ends of the shifter cables scrapping the ferrule. You need to cut the end to get rid of the sound which means taking it apart.
