Square taper bottom bracket crank bolt. Should be able to find one online for $5-$10 or a local bike shop might give you one out of the parts bin.
The left side commonly loosens if not properly torqued. Don’t ride your bike until you replace it or the crank will fall off.

Crank bolt – I used to lose them all the time when I was doing trials, I used loctite and it stayed on after that. Use blue! Not red! Ask me how I know that 😂

Eeek. Your bottom bracket crank bolt.
Fortunately, you can get another in any really cheap square taper crankset… or from any cheap or free bicycle that happens to have a square taper bottom bracket (most free or cheap bikes have one).
In a pinch, you can use an ordinary socket-headed metric bolt and flat washer, too, from your local hardware store. Take the other bolt out and carry it into the store with you to match it up.
