Nah, price is high. It’s a buyers market. You can find bikes on clearance for less than this new.
Wait a couple weeks and see if you can talk the seller down.
This would be about $3500-4000 in my market.
(I paid $2000 for a 2022 Tarmac Sl7 Expert with Ultegra Di2 11sp, ridden but not abused, about 3 months ago. That was an exceptional deal, but it shows you how overpriced this is.)

There are some nice components on it: Zipp wheels, oversized pulley, power meter. I’m not as familiar with SRAM either to know if it’s 11 or 12sp. I don’t think $5200 is justifiable for this as you can get an entry level SL8 or other race bike for this price brand new and don’t need an OSP for instance.
The $4500 bike is a bit more tempting as you still get a good complete build. Even better if you can talk them down to 4k or below. My main issue again is the SL7 came out in 2020. Then SL8 2023. Specialized usually follows a 3yr release cycle. So we’re likely to see an SL9 next year or shortly after dropping the value of the bike here again. That’s still a little ways off time-wise but unless you are in love with this bike I would try to haggle or be patient for a different deal.
