Top rivet on bottle mount came out on hairline cracks along the hole

Yesterday I went home from a group mtb ride and in the last 2km from my front wheel slipped out on a wet mossy wooden brigde.
I fell on my left side, nothing serious.
When I came home I looked my water bottle and I looked a bit wonky. Upon closer inspection in saw the rivet was a bit pulled out of the frame and it looked liked there were small crack in line with the hole for the rivet.

How much of a problem is this?
Isn't this a QC problem? How can an nearly empty water bottle in the cage crack my frame on a small slip out/fall?
How much lateral force is on the seat tube and can I ride with this?

The frame is around 3 years old
