NBD Cube Nuroad C62 EX

Finally got it !
First ride on my brand new Cube Nuroad C62 EX, it feels amazing !
First gravel and first carbon bike for me. It’s so impressive how different it feels compared to my trekking commuter bike.

I really like electronic shifting, it’s smooth, fast and I like the connection with garmin. I set the hood button to page up and page down for garmin, left lever minus speed and right lever upper speed.

Visually, the lack of cable is so neat, and the grey mate color is even better as I thought.

I changed the saddle for a brooks C17 all weather, it helps with all the rather rocky path around my home.

I stayed with the stock tire for the first ride but i guess I’ll change them rather soon. They feels too grippy for me, even coming from schwalbe gone bite, those tires seems even more grippy. It was set by my lbs with tpu tubes, I’ll give it some ride to settle if I’ll change tire and will then switch to tubeless.

Someone here told me: « buy it nice or buy it twice » I’m really happy I took the difficult decision to assume this bike as my 40th anniversary present, I’ll cherish it every ride thinking of all the people who contributed to this present.
