I’ve had this frame for a while and I finally got around to disassembling it. I’m not that knowledgeable on frames, but I do see some Japanese on the bottom bracket.
Any ideas?
Also I don’t post often, so lemme know if this should be posted elsewhere.

Kind of looks like an old Windsor “Mexican Cinelli” track frame I have. The chrome and lugs are similar. The Japanese would rule that out tho I guess. Also the Windsor has fastback stays.
