  1. Depends how tight or seized it is in there, not an easy one to remove. An easy out drill bit is one possible way though.

    Notch the bolt with a hacksaw and heavily lube it with Ed 40 then use a flat head screwdriver

  3. Looks like a decent amount sticking put spray it with pb blaster or a similar penetrating oil even wd40 and let it soak in. If you have locking needle nose pliers they could get in there or a dremel/hacksaw can put a slice in the end making it a flathead. If you can remove the wheel it will help, but if the tensioners won’t allow removal I would at least remove the axle nuts. If the other tensioner is good remove that one.

  5. you are lucky because the bolt is still long.In my frame is perfectly level and i cant get the bolt out
