I don't know what else to do. I've already taken the bike to the shop twice. The bottom bracket is tightened to the correct torque, as are the seatpost and thru-axles. It's not the pedals, because I've already replaced both, and it's not the shoes, because I have two pairs. The bike is less than a year old. Does anyone have any other ideas? The noise appears when i pedal downwards and it appears to come from the BB general area. Appreciate any input. Thanks.

I used to have similar problem, I only had to tighten pedals a bit more.
Not sure if this is your issue, but a ridding buddy was dealing with a similar issue and it was his seat creaking. The noise would go away when he rode out of the saddle. The minute he seat back down the noise came back.
