My Chinese carbon (cecotti) build

u/straight_lab8667 shared their Ali build a couple days ago. I built one up earlier this year and thought I’d share my build and experiences.

This is probably from the same mold, it’s a Ceceotti. Highlights:

Wheels mfg t47 BB

SRAM force 165mm cranks

SRAM 1×12 axs mullet with rival and eagle rear der 10-52

Wolftooth 44t chainring

45c WTB riddlers on Hunt gravel race alloy wheels

Highs:

The frame set is incredibly light, well built and sturdy. Responsive for a gravel bike and comfortable, and for me the geometry was perfect.

Lows:

A few of the bolt holes were gunked up with paint. The bb is a little creaky out of the saddle and the internal routed brake cables can be a bit noisy on rough stuff. Max 47c tire size is limiting as well.

Overall I’m super happy with the build.
