I made a free iOS app for finding the best time to cycle. This was something I needed to select best time to ride, especially during the winter months. App considers sunset/sunrise times, temperature wind speed, and rain for your location and assigns a score for each hour slot. The weights of these can be configured in the settings page for your needs.
App it currently US only.

Us only (i’m in France) 😠I have been looking for this kind of app for a few years.
Do you have a paid version that will babysit my child or sit on my work meeting during that window?
