I really have no idea how would I remove that, unless you’re able to clamp the freewheel body in order to unscrew the lockring.
But also, who’s the evil person who did this???

Try a strap wrench on the freehub body with a lock ring tool tool to remove it.

How tight did you do it up? Maybe try a strap wrench/plumbing wrench. Can pick them up cheap from Screwfix

A few drops of penetrating fluid into the space between the lockring and freehub, then using the lockring tool and either thick rubber lined gloves, an old bike tire tube or a strap wrench could get enough purchase.
Imagine you’re trying to open a jar of marinara 😉

A plumbing wrench and some old inner tube wrapped over the free hub would probably allow you to grip it without damaging the splines. That would be my best bet
