Does anyone know where I should look to find a 8/9/10spd freehub that can match this? I'm a little worried it's proprietary and specific to this one style of rear hub. Pulled it apart expecting to find the freehub held in with an 8mm allen bolt, instead I've come to find this. The plan was to swap the 7spd freehub it came with for one to fit the 10spd adventx cassette on.

Unfortunately you are justified in your concerns.
Freehubs are bad enough at the best of times; yours is at least 30 years old and something a collectors item.

Probably the only way you could make this work is trial and error until you find something that fits.

  3. Rebuild the wheel to a new Shimano rear hub for like less than $100, cheaper if you find something used
