depends on what your trying to do, first things I’d do is check your front wheel axle and see if you can swap end caps to use a thru axle. there aren’t a lot of options for qr forks these days.
you will also want to figure out what headset you have that’ll changer weather you have a tapered or straight fork. you may be able to swap out you bottom cup to allow for a tapered fork but you’d need to figure out what it is first.
you should also find the specifications for your current fork like axle to crown, travel, brake mount and axle width
if your trying to stretch your money suntour does have a upgrade program if you can send them proof of purchase for the bike they’ll discount a fork by $100 on their website. it may save you money but you’ll need to compare similar forks from other companies.
